New UC Series of Thermal Dynamics® Automated High Precision Plasma Systems Sets a New Benchmark On Performance And Overall Robustness
Denton, Texas – Thermal Dynamics® Automation’s new UC Series of high-precision automated plasma power supplies features 4 models offering cutting power ranging from 130 up to 800 Ampere for maximum productivity, cut quality and reliability for piercing mild steel up to 50 mm (90 mm edge start) and stainless steel up to 100 mm (160 mm edge start).
“The new UC series delivers development work from the last two years to cut faster, better and smarter,” says Dirk Ott, VP – Global Plasma Automation, Thermal Dynamics. “For example, two UC 201, UC 301 or UC 401 can now be connected double cutting output to 400, 600 or 800 amps, respectively, or they can operate independently. Furthermore, the ...
Thermal Dynamics Ultra-Cut 600 XT and 800XT enhance cutting capacity up to 160 mm
Our new 600A and 800A Ultra-Cut XT systems are equipped for production cutting up to 160 mm on stainless steel and aluminium. With the increased cutting power and higher cutting speeds on thinner plates, these systems deliver greater productivity and lower cutting cost.
These systems comprise 2 Ultra-Cut 300XT or 400XT power sources running in parallel to double cutting output. Dedicated consumbales for high-amperage cutting ensure High-Precision cut quality at the best possible cut speeds.
Ultra-Cut 600XT systems offer 600A output with a 100 mm cut capacity.
Ultra-Cut 800XT systems offer 800A output with a 160 mm cut capacity.
Target applications include fabricators ...
